Cash On Delivery

All customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD, the rider will not allow the customer to open the package before payment.

You, as a customer, have the right to exchange and refund the product (s) even after payment on the methods mentioned in the Exchange and Returns Policy above.

Please do not force the delivery person to open the package before you make the payment or return a few items from your parcel on spot deducting their payment as it is against the rules of the COD in Pakistan.
